Dennis Zickrick – Mechanic
Dennis Zickrick brings vast racing experience with him to Team Hammer. He wrenched on his own bikes when he started racing in 1973. He won the prestigious Pike’s Peak Hill Climb and was the Number One road racer in Colorado during the 1970s. He became a factory mechanic in 1980 before eventually returning to Colorado to open his own shop.
Zickrick has since worked with several factory teams, as well as tuning for some of the fastest privateers in the U.S. His experience, his quiet, no-nonsense approach and his knowledge of all of the different systems on a racing motorcycle makes Zickrick a valuable asset to Team Hammer.
For 2007, Dennis is working on young gun Michael Beck’s GSX-R600 Supersport bike.
